A few weeks ago Addi was saying her prayers.
During her prayer she said, "I love you Heavenly Father."
Afterwards I said, "Addi, that was nice of you to tell Heavenly Father that you love him."
Addi: "I do mom. I love him more than you and Dad."
Me: "That's right. He loves you too."
Addi: "Mom, Heavenly Father is like our shepherd, and we are his sheep."
Me: "mmm hmmm."
Then she looks at me very seriously and says,"But mom...we're really humans."
I tried really hard not to laugh, kissed her goodnight, and left. Wade and I laughed and laughed about it later. I love kids. They are so funny!

Addi, you are such a fun girl. Your laugh is contagious, your little smile with your scrunched up nose adorable, and your beautiful eyes are full of innocence. Thanks for wanting to help me with dinner, for talking religion with me when I do your hair, and for adding a lot of spice to our lives. We love you so much!
